Game changer for my yard. Mowing time is cut in half and the quality of the cut is top notch. The machine itself is first quality, everything is heavy duty and well engineered. I love it.
I ordered the Advanced Chute system for my New ZT Elite along with 5 other ideas I believe. All was shipped in the Chute system box, every thing was there BUT the nuts and bolts. A big hole was in the package, looking at it I believed it was damaged in shipment. No fault on Bad Boy, I called Customer Service and told the man my issue. On the phone, He said the parts was on it's way to me. And 3 to 5 days later I received them. Customer service I give 10 stars, The Chute 10 stars. Along with the other products I received. I would highly recommend Bad Boy mowers and products. By the way I Love my ZT Elite. It's a amazing piece of Machinery. Tomorrow 6/21/2024 I'm going to make over a 2 hour drive to get the Bad Boy Handheld gas blower. That's how much I believe in their product.
Well built sturdy deck. Add on advance chute works great keeping cut material off of gardens and porches.
