I plugged it in to my bad boy mz rambler and it doesn't work im not sure if it was supposed to come with a special wire or not but it doesn't work at all

i have replaced mine twice for the very same reason ! they are not built very well and quit working after around 30 to 40 hours. they should be built better (these are needed for the proper maintenance of the mower) and until they do they should be replaced for FREE !

My two cents. Bad Boy hour meters are junk. Mine went out at 25 hours. Called my dealer in Cape Girardeau and they wanted me to drive 50 miles to pick one up. Called Bad Boy and they mailed one. Warranty expired now. Look on FB I see several BB mowers for sale with broken hour meters. Bad Boy this needs to be a class action extended warranty for your junk. Pay that much for a mower, you can do better!
