Love everything about this trimmer other than the plastic trigger. I havnt had any issues with it i love it. I saw in another review where a guy complained about the grab handle. I love the grab handle design it's flawless in my opinion I believe user error in this individuals case. I worked in lawn care for many years and used some nice trimmers. For my personal needs this trimmer rocks! I'm going to invest in the bad boy 80v line getting the 21in mower soon!

Still in the learning curve.
Putting the trimmer went well until attaching the auxiliary handle when I couldn't get it tight. Ended up having a new handle sent, waiting a week, driving to the repair shop which took nearly half an hour with a strong man to remove the first handle and finally getting the new one on. I still have to figure out putting new line on. I am getting a lot of exercise for my arms with the heavy battery and maneuvering the trimmer.
