It works very well and 80volts is plenty of power for my use. It is also quiet and has worked great. Seems to cut through medium sized limbs quickly and easily. The only real negative is it is very heavy and somewaht unbalancedd with the heavy battery on one end and the chain saw, motor and oil reservoir at the other end. Becomes hard to balance when reaching high up. But that is probably the tradeoff when using a large capacity battery. So you learn to work with this and it becomes manageable. Otherwise, great pole saw.
