I ordered the saw and it was advertised to come with a battery, but when it was delivered I only received the saw without the battery. I didnt get anything saying the battery and charger were being shipped separately. I emailed them with the advertised parts that did not come with the saw. waiting for their response. they contacted me and apologized for sending me the wrong unit. They said they are going to just send me a new one with the battery and charger and a return label for the one without the battery.

Bad Boy is Bad to the Bone
Since this was a battery-operated chain saw, I was expecting less of a brute. However, this saw is the real deal. I purchased one for my son-in-law to help clean his yard in Nashville, and once I saw how it worked, I ordered one for me as well.
