    The packaging was phenomenal! Extra layers to everything, they truly went the extra mile.

    Defective right out of the box

    Assembled exactly as it was supposed to be. Charged the battery x 4 hours. Put the battery in the unit - it runs for 3 seconds, beeps 3 times and dies.
    The battery shows that it is fully charged. The blade height is set to the highest setting. I can't get it to run to cut any grass so it isn't an issue of it being clogged or hot.

    This will be going back to the store. I'm so incredibly disappointed. I went with this mower because of the Bad Boy reputation. My daughter's $200 Hart (Walmart brand) electric mower ran for over an hour after a 60 minute charge without an issue. Save your money. This mower is garbage.

    Very impressed!

    My first run with this mower was nice. The self propelled feature is a lifesaver when you have an angled hill. Hardly any battery drain, either. So far, I’m happy.
