Our Bad Boy 21" self propelled lawnmower is brand new. We have only used it 4 times now. It is not cutting our grass with a clean cut, it is leaving the grass frayed and rigid at the top. I even bought this brand new blade and it's still not cutting our grass correctly! We are very disappointed in the mower and I am looking to purchase another mower!
