Shipping was quick and the unit is robust. I have some issues with function and absolutely atrocious directions. With the chute closed it leaves a line of grass where the gate is. It stops from throwing clippings everywhere, but I need to go over or rake. The directions are worse than any Ikea furniture I've assembled or Chinese parts. It lacks any assemble lines showing which parts connect to which pin or bolts. The reusing of 3 short bolts to attach the base plate which don't even protrude past the nut, slightly recessed. Why, built like a tank and you couldn't even supply 3 bolts that are fully 2-3 past the nut? With a price tag of a couple hundred dollars what's the deal here. Verbiage of the written instructions are just as lacking. I never did determine where the cam, #10 goes. Maybe that's why it dumps grass in a line as it does. Line art picture is useless it shows no detail. Fire the draftsman, find someone who can write instructions step by step and differentiate which models need which parts. Solid built like the mowers, but 10-15 install should not take 45 min.

Solid Build- Turrible Instructions
Like the thick gauge steel construction and how things go together relatively well but there is no readable diagram to show where parts should go. DO NOT use the link provided for 'additional' video instructions as it gave all kinds of issues to my PC. Not sure I would buy this again only time will tell. Pretty disappointed, actually.

Product received was packaged well and seems very quality. Unfortunately I received the wrong bolts to install the hitch so I have to go purchase my own.
