I ordered 2 other items and STILL have not received them or a credit back to my credit card (which was charged for the whole order). Absolutely unacceptable customer service - called and requested a refund for the 2 items and were told the order would be cancelled & I would be refunded for them (however still no refund). I am not happy at all with Bad Boy’s customer service. Researching how to file official complaint in your state.
