Relatively easy install, although I did have to lift the mower for the install.
Solid steel bracket & the rubber mat seems to be pretty thick… should last a while as long as you’re not mowing low to the ground.

Truthfully speaking I can't tell much of a difference with or without it. I have it about 2ins below the deck and mow on 3.75in. There's better options out there but they also will cost you avout double. Again its ok but doesn't leaving me saying wow
