Overall happy as it does a great job for intended purpose of mulching lawn debris. However, one of the baffles came with a slight bend in it that caused a blade to rub after being installed. I was able to bend the part back off the blade with a mini sledge. The kit also included locking nuts and bolts to secure, which worked for all but the chute baffle, they were too big for the holes in both the deck and the baffle. I was able to reuse the hardware from the stock discharge chute. For the price of the kit, I would have expected better quality and precision, so I am disappointed in that regard. I am also disappointed that I could not find a way to contact anybody at Bad Boy about the issue directly. 5 stars for end result, but 2 stars for quality control and customer service. Was only able to leave this review after I got an email to review product.

Works great
Easy to install. I did it without help. Would have been easier to install with another person. I am very happy with how well it processes the leaves. I learned to go slower over big piles and stop and backup when I was bulldozing the leaves. The slower you go the smaller the leaf particles get. I can’t wait to see how it does with thick grass next summer.
